Speech Pathologist
Are you ready to build something meaningful from the ground up? Brightview Care is seeking a Clinical Director of Speech-Language Pathology to launch and lead our SLP services as we expand beyond ABA. This is a unique opportunity to shape a program, lead clinical excellence, and make a lasting impact on children and families.
What You’ll Do
Build & Lead the SLP Department: Design, develop, and scale Brightview Care’s Speech Therapy program from the ground up, including clinical protocols, service delivery models, and best practices.
Provide Clinical Leadership: Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and service quality to ensure evidence-based, high-impact care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Deliver & Oversee Therapy Services: Lead by example with direct services, including conducting evaluations, re-evaluations, and supporting complex cases.
Drive Collaboration: Partner closely with BCBAs, families, and other providers to ensure a cohesive, multidisciplinary approach to care.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain documentation standards, workflows, and compliance processes, including CentralReach utilization.
Oversee Key Reporting: Ensure timely completion of evaluations, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC recommendations, and progress reports.
Maintain Compliance: Uphold HIPAA standards and ensure all clinical and operational practices meet regulatory requirements.
Support Growth Strategy: Play a key role in expanding services, identifying opportunities, and shaping the future of SLP at Brightview Care.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active (or eligible) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role (Clinical Lead, Supervisor, or Director-level preferred)
Experience working within a multidisciplinary clinical environment (ABA experience strongly preferred)
Familiarity with CentralReach or similar EMR systems
Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills with a passion for program development
