Clinical Support Assistant - ABA Therapy
Join us as a Clinical Support Assistant in ABA therapy: support BCBA teams, design plans, guide families, and grow with a collaborative, impact-driven practice.
Position Details:
This position is in office Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM.
Clinical Oversight & Quality
Provide clinical oversight and guidance to RBTs and clinical staff delivering in-home ABA therapy.
Design, review, and maintain individualized ABA treatment plans, behavior intervention strategies, progress notes, assessments, and reports to ensure quality, accuracy, compliance, and adaptability to client needs.
Conduct client intakes and assessments, provide treatment recommendations, monitor client progress, and adjust protocols as needed to meet quality standards and regulations.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent communication.
Conduct phone outreach to parents and BTs regarding attendance concerns and assist with improving client attendance.
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate BCBA transfers, assign clinicians to clients, and work closely with the scheduling team.
Assist with organizational systems, workflows, and clinical standards while working independently and aligned with company goals.
Administrative, Training & Reporting
Contribute to technical writing, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress summaries.
Create clinical materials and trainings, including staff meeting topics and clinician training PowerPoints.
Manage follow-up tasks in Salesforce and audit billable hours, cancellations, and utilization.
What We’re Looking For
BCBA or BCaBA Michigan license required
A master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
Strong clinical background with proven ability to design and oversee ABA treatment programs.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal.
Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel locally (approx. 15%).
