Brightview Care is currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented ABA Scheduler to join our growing administrative team. This role is critical in ensuring our clients receive consistent services by managing staff schedules, session coordination, and communication between families and therapists.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for BT/RBT's 
• Match staff availability with client needs to ensure optimal session coverage.
• Adjust schedules in response to cancellations, staff changes, and urgent requests.
• Communicate schedule changes to staff and clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Balance staff availability with client needs — and get creative when the puzzle gets tricky
• Use CRM/scheduling tools (like Salesforce, Central Reach, or similar) to track hours, sessions, and cancellations
• Maintain accurate documentation in the scheduling system.
• Partner with leadership to fill open hours and support new client onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

Preferred: 

• 2+ year experience in ABA, healthcare, or therapy scheduling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Central Reach, and scheduling software.
• Salesforce experience is a HUGE plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Professional, friendly, and solution-focused demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to pivot quickly when plans change
